3D AG’s nickel shims have found extensive application in the manufacturing of various display technologies. Our electroforming process enables the cost-effective production of nickel shims, making it an advanced and practical solution for both prototyping and industrial display manufacturing. The electroforming process, which involves depositing nickel, ensures a high-fidelity transfer of structures. At 3D AG, we have successfully employed electroformed shims in numerous projects for structure analysis and process validation.
