"We are always investing in new things and plan to double the revenue next year."

Meet Martina Müller, the CEO of 3D AG, a Swiss family business that deals in nano and microstructures used for security technology. Founded in 1989, the company’s flagship product is a hologram seal that is especially hard to fake. 3D AG’s products are used by 100 major brands and institutions, and in 2018 they helped to prevent even more counterfeited goods from entering the market, which amounted to a staggering €545bn worldwide.

Under Martina’s leadership, 3D AG has been experiencing significant growth, with revenue jumping 30% in the past decade. Martina has also expanded the company’s product offerings and services, which now span everything from banknotes and sports tickets to mobile and tablet screens.
