A Team of Students Crafted a Customer Experience Within an Authentication Process
Recently, we supported a team of young entrepreneurs that designed a very interesting business idea for a school project. They created a business called “Teasome” that distributed packages of different variations of tea including the equipment to prepare it. They even included a positive message in the fortune cookie style.
It sounds like a standard business idea until they mention their added value: Each of their products comes with a holographic label featuring a QR code that takes the customer on a digital journey.
This smart group used our holograms to add this special feature, which they complemented with their logo and QR code. We supported them by providing the specifications of the authentication and the label. The rest was entirely up to their creativity and professionalism.
When we saw the final product, we were proud to discover that these students are helping shape the business’s future by connecting physical products with digital features. How many companies or marketing teams are doing this already? To be honest, there aren’t many that can yet.
