We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Solutions Manager to lead our software sales, customer care, project management, and development efforts for our new software soorce3D. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions, providing exceptional customer care and support, managing projects related to software implementation or development, and overseeing the software development process from inception to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Software Sales
● Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for our software solution soorce3D.
● Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, as well as maintain and grow relationships with existing customers delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs and address pain points.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
Customer Care
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution. Provide exceptional customer care and support to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and act as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
● Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our software solutions.
Project Management and Software Development
● Manage projects related to software implementation or development, including scope definition, timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and allocate resources, and ensure alignment with customer needs and project goals.
● Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, and proactively address any issues or challenges that arise. Support the software development process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
● Monitor progress and performance metrics, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
● Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in software development, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
● Proven track record of success in software sales, customer care, project management, and/or software development roles.
● Strong understanding of software solutions and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and project success.
